Center Port Terminal is a 400 acre site located on the Ohio River in Hannibal, Ohio, directly off of State Route 7, with rail  service. This site is the former Ormet Aluminum Smelter facility. It has enough electrical capacity to power a large city and has  two natural gas providers (Dominion and Columbia Gas). The site has its own water treatment plant that can treat 7 million  gallons of water per day and a Ranney well that can provide up to 2 million gallons of water per day. Two harbors can dock up to  48 barges and include a clamshell crane for loading/unloading.
